Al Jazira FC signs Sultan Al Ghaferi

Al Jazira is delighted to announce the signing of experienced midfielder Sultan Al Ghaferi on a free transfer.
 
Al Ghaferi, the 32-year-old Emirati, who moves from Al Wahda club, will join his new ‘Pride of Abu Dhabi’ team-mates for the first time during next month’s summer training camp in the Netherlands for the new 2019-20 season.
 
Al Ghaferi brings plenty of experience to Al Jazira, having featured in the Arabian Gulf League, Arabian Gulf Super Cup, President’s Cup and the AFC Champions League. He has also represented the UAE national team.
 
Prior to joining Al Wahda, where he spent four years, Al Ghaferi had enjoyed spells at Baniyas Club and Al Ain FC.
