Al Jazira Looks to Assert Their Superiority Over Al Shaab

The first football team finishes their daily training sessions as they are preparing for the next match against Al Shaab, which will be in Mohammed bin Zayed Stadium at Wednesday the 8th of January 2014, as part of the 14th week of the Arabian Gulf League.
The preparations for this match started after the one day rest the players had after the last match against Sharjah; it started at Saturday with morning training, and in Sunday and Monday also, then in Tuesday with light session led by the head coach Walter Zenga and his assistants.
On Tuesday evening the players prepared for the session with the fitness coach and the team physician in the gymnasium; they headed with their coach to the training field and had a volley match by feet, then a short inner match lasted for 20 minutes saw a continuous directing from Walter Zenga and great spirit from all the players.
Al Jazira Absentees:
13 Players will be out of service for Al Jazira, for the first team next match against Al Shaab, which will kick at the night of Wednesday the 8th of January in Mohammed bin Zayed Stadium in the league.
The Moroccan playmaker Abdulaziz Barrada will miss this match for suspension, as he received his third yellow card during the last match against Sharjah, and also Khalid Sabil will miss it for the same season, but for a red card he received during the same match.
Khalfan Mubarak, Ahmed Rabee, Salim Ali, Salim Rashid, Ahmed Al Attas and Saif Khalfan will miss the match as they are in national duty with UAE National Team in Oman, preparing for the U22 Asian Cup Finals, which will start at the 11th and last until the 22nd of this January.
Abdullah Musa will not be available for Wednesday match as he picked an injury in Sharjah match, as well as Ricardo Oliveira who picked an injury during the last training session for this match, they will join the trio Humaid Al Mas, Salim Masoud and Yaqub Al Hosani, who are recovering from long term injuries.
