Al Jazira Resumes the Trainings and Miss Valdez for 3 weeks

Al Jazira first football team has conducted on the first sub-pitch at Sunday 22-9 a training session leaded by the coaching staff and missed by the reserve players who played at the same time a match against Al Wasl in Al Wasl Club stadium and lose it by 2 goals.
The players worked with the fitness coach to get rid off the mental and physical exhaustion they suffered after their match against Al Wask in in the Arabian Gulf League last Saturday. They practiced on long distance shots and did their usual muscles stretching training before leaving the pitch.
The players will resumed their trainings Monday and on Tuesday 24-9 they will have their main training session for the next match in the league against Al Shabab next Thursday 26-9 in Maktoum bin Rashid stadium.
Valdez Out for 3 weeks with a Knee Injury
Al Jazira first football team physician, Dr. Mohammed Al Tarshan has confirmed that the medical tests than has been conducted on the team player Nelson Valdez has revealed that he injured his right knee and he will be out for 3 weeks maximum.
Speaking to Al Jazira official website declared that Valdez and in a collision with one of Al Wasl players on last Saturday match, has stretched his right knee ligaments. The physician insisted that this injury will not require any surgery and the player will be on specific treatment program and will join his teammates after 3 weeks maximum.
