Al Jazira Searching For Their Winning Memory in Dubai

The first football team finished their daily training sessions as they are preparing for the next match against Dubai, which will be in Dubai Club Stadium at Thursday the 20th of February 2014, as part of the 19th week of the Arabian Gulf League.
 
The preparations for this match started after the one day rest the players had after the last match against Al Dhafra; it started since the beginning of this week, and in last Thursday the team had a light session led by the head coach Walter Zenga and his assistants.
 
On Thursday evening the players prepared for the session with the fitness coach and the team physician in the gymnasium; they headed with their coach to the training field and had a short inner match match lasted for 20 minutes saw a continuous directing from Walter Zenga and great spirit from all the players.
 
Al Jazira Absentees:
 
The right full back Khalid Sabil will miss Thursday match after he received one match suspension penalty by the discipline committee of UAEFA for what they considered a not sporting action towards Abdullah Misfer Al Dhafra coach.
 
Sabil will join the suspended duo Abdulaziz Barrada and Ali Mabkhout, and the long term absentees, Yaqub Al Hosani who torn his ankle ligaments earlier this season, and Humaid Al Mas who went under surgery on his new a few weeks ago.

The guest team, Al Jazira, is in the 3rd place in the league table, with 33 points collected from 9 wins, 6 draws and 3 defeats; away from the leader team with 9 points, and ahead of the 4th team with goals difference.

Al Nahyan Stadium of Al Wahda Club hosted the first of the two teams’ matches this season; that match kicked off at 05:30 pm of the 30th of October 2013, as part of the 6th round of the UAE League Cup, and Al Jazira drew with Ajman positively.
 
The former captain Ricardo Oliveira gave Al Jazira an early advantage when he scored in the 2nd minute, and in the 35th minute the Moroccan playmaker, who is suspended from today match, Abdulaziz Barrada scored the second for his team.
 
In the second half though Al Jazira performance dropped significantly, allowing Dramane Traore to minimize the difference in the 66th minute, before Yabo Yabo score the equalizer in the 75th.
