Al Jazira Turns the Focus to Ajman Match

Al Jazira football team had a training session at Sunday 13th of October evening on the first sub-pitch, as the team now preparing for the next match against Ajman in the 4th round of the Arabian Gulf League, which will be played at Saturday 19 October at Al Nahyan Stadium.
 
The players had a day off after the last match against Dubai in the Cup, they get back to trainings on Sunday under the supervision of Luis Milla and his staff. Missed the session the national trio Ali Khaseif, Khamis Ismail and Ali Mabkhout and the injured Khalid Sabil, and also Yaqub Al Hosani who is suffering from an injury since the last match against Dubai, meanwhile Abdelaziz Barrada worked only on the gymnastic to recover from the exhaustion he is suffering from the friendly match he played with his national team against South Africa last Friday.
 
The players start working in the gymnastic, then they had been divided into two groups, the first went and worked in the pitch with the coach, and the second remained in the gymnastic and worked with the physiotherapist. Then the two groups exchanged the roles.
 
In the last part of the session the two groups had a mini match in the half of the pitch, and listened to a short lecture from their coach and did their muscles stretching training before leaving the pitch.
