Al Jazira Wins and Reaches the 4th Place in the League

Al Jazira team won their match against their hosts Bani Yas with 2 goals, scored by Abdulaziz Barrada (p. 8) and Abdullah Qasem (13), when they hosted them in Mohammed bin Zayed Stadium at the night of Sunday the 27th of April as part of the 24th week of the Arabian Gulf League.
The team coach Walter Zenga started the match Ali Khaseif; Khalid Sabil, Ismail Al Jasmi, Hyungmin Shin, Salim Ali; Jucilei Da Silva, Khamis Ismail, Abdulaziz Barrada; Abdullah Qasem, Ahmed Al Ghilani and Ali Mabkhout.
The substitutes were Khalid Al Senani, Salim Masoud, Sultan Al Suwaid, Subait Khater, Sultan Barghash, Ahmed Al Attas and Felipe Caicedo. And missed for the injury Abdullah Musa, Yaqub Al Hosani and Humaid Al Mas, and for suspension Musallem Fayez, Jumaa Abdullah and Hassan Amin.
Al Jazira scored the opener early, and exactly in the 8th minute, when Bani Yas defender fouled Ali Mabkhout inside the forbidden area, forcing the referee to award Al Jazira a penalty executed perfectly by Abdulaziz Barrada, who put the keeper in side and the ball in the other side.
After less than 5 minutes, Al Jazira added the second goal after Mabkhout led a quick attack and exchanged the ball with Barrada then sent a quick cross inside the penalty area, converted successfully by Abdullah Qasem who didn’t suffer to put the ball inside the goal in the 13th minutes.
Al Jazira searched for more goals, Ahmed Al Ghilani shot went a few centimeters away from the post, and Mabkhout netted a goal cancelled by the assistant referee as he thought than Mabkhot was in offside position in the 21st minute.
Barrada had the chance to score his second and Al Jazira third, after the referee awarded him free kick for a foul committed with Khamis Ismail, the Moroccan put the ball behind the human wall and in the right angle, but Al Hashmi used his fingertips to clear the ball in the 35th minute.
After only one extra minute Hamad Ali Yousif ended the first half with Al Jazira leading by 2 clean goals.
At the start of the second half Mabkhout led a quick attack and breached Bani Yas penalty area and put the ball behind the keeper but the defender blocked his ball away.
Zenga used his first card when he substituted Ahmed Al Ghilani with Sultan Barghash in the 62nd minute; the game pace lowered significantly with average advantage for the guests on keeping the ball, Jucilei and Khalid Sabil received two consecutive yellow cards, and there was no danger on the two keepers as the match entered its last 20 minutes.
In the 73rd minute Zenga make the second substitution when he pulled Ali Mabkhout off the field and put Felipe Caicedo in, then Khalid Sabil fell in pain and forced Zenga to use his last card and substituted him with Salim Masoud in the 85th minute.
Barrada received yellow card in the 87th minutes from the referee Hamad Ali Yousif, who ended the match after 4 extra minutes, announcing Al Jazira as a winner with the two goals they scored in the first half.
