Keizer: Its difficult to anticipate Hatta tactics against us

Abu Dhabi: Nov. 25, 2020
Marcel Keizer admitted that its difficult to anticipate which playing style will Hatta use against Al Jazira on Thursday night after they recently changed their coach, and he insisted that he is only focusing on preparing his players in the best possible way for the important match that takes places at the Mohamed bin Zayed stadium as part of matchweek 7 of the Arabian Gulf League.
Speaking to the media during the pre-game conference, Keizer said “We have a good idea about the potentials of Hatta players, but we can’t anticipate how they will play against us because they just changed their manager a few days ago. If I have to guess, I will expect them to focus on defense and counter attacks, because of their position in the table, and also because their coach didn’t have enough time to know his team properly. Anyway, and as usual, we will focus only on ourselves, and we will use the upcoming hours to prepare for the game in the best possible way. The players are all okay and fit, except Khalifa Al Hammadi who is under medical evaluation after picking in injury in the last match against Shabab Al Ahli”.
“We are showing a great progress and experience in dealing with different types of opponents and also in acting and reacting to the different changes of matches, and I believe everyone saw he we dealt with Shabab Al Ahli, where we scored 3 goals by using possession and passing forward as tactics, and scored 2 more goals using counter attacks as another solution. I am happy with the maturity of my team, and I know the players can do a lot better in the near future”, Keizer concluded.
