Mohammed bin Zayed Stadium Ready for the Supercup

Mohammed bin Zayed Stadium, Al Jazira main ground, has finished its preparations to host the Arabian Gulf Supercup match, kicking off at 19:25 on Friday 30th August, between reigning League champions Al Ain and President’s Cup winners Al Ahli.
Al Jazira Club has started earlier and intensively to prepare the stadium and all its facilities to match the prestigious occasion of the 2013/2014 football season, all the club and stadium facilities were perfectly prepared and have been placed at the disposal of the Pro League Committee “the organizing committee” and Abu Dhabi Sport Channel “the TV broadcaster”, the security, and the two team delegates. The clubs officers and employees were always at disposal to facilitate the preparations and offer immediate help for all the parties.
At Thursday morning, Al Ain head coach Jorge Fossati and Al Ahli head coach Cosmin Olaroiu held official pre-match press conferences, each accompanied by a First Team player. The pre-match press conferences, lasted for fifteen minutes each, has began at 11:00 with Fossati, followed shortly after by Cosmin. Both teams staged their official training sessions on Thursday evening at the Mohammed bin Zayed Stadium, with Al Ain’s session from 7:15-8:15pm, followed by Al Ahli from 8:30-9:30pm.
Tickets for the Arabian Gulf Super Cup went on general sale from Tuesday until Thursday, available from both participating clubs – Al Ain and Al Ahli – as well as the host club, Al Jazira. A limited number of tickets will also be available on the gate on match day itself, with fans encouraged to get to the stadium early on Friday to avoid disappointment. Al Ain fans have been allocated gates 9, 10, 11, 12, 17, whilst gates 21, 25, 27, 28 and 29 are reserved for fans of Al Ahli.
