Abu Dhabi: 14 January 2014
The first football team of Al Jazira Club has trained on the morning of Tuesday the 14th of January on the sands of the first sub-pitch, as they are preparing for their next league match against Al Wasl in Dubai at Saturday the 18th of this month.
The players rested for two days after they won their last match against Al Shaab last week; the trainings resumed on Saturday with morning session and another one on Sunday evening, then followed by third session on Sunady, and the latest one ran held on Tuesday, supervised by the head coach Walter Zenga and witnessed by all the players, except for the injured and the suspended Nelson Valdez.
The players listened to a lecture from their boss in the first part of the session; it was about the importance of the next matches in the league, and the necessity of maintaining the focus and concentration and putting more efforts to keep Al Jazira on the path to the top again; and he also stressed that any relax may waste all the efforts and sacrifices the team made in the last weeks.

The players worked with the fitness coach, then they moved to the small pitch, as the players trained on the sands on quick and short spaces runs, then they went back to the pitch and worked on applying different offensive and defensive tactics.
In the last part of the session the coach divided the players into two groups, they competed in a mini match in the half of the pitch with intensity as they are trying to convince their coach of giving them more playing minutes in the next weeks.
