The Team Start Preparing for Bani Yas Match

Al Jazira first team started preparing for the next league match against Bani Yas, by having their first training session for that match running in the first sub-pitch in the club at the evening of Tuesday the 16th of December, under the guidance of Walter Zenga and participation of all the players except the injured ones.
 
The coach gave his players a one day to rest after the they beats Emirates on Saturday the 14th; the team resumed the daily training on this Monday with a Ali Mabkhout participating in the session while he is waiting the green light from the medical and coaching staff to play against Bani Yas or not.
 
The players started by working with the fitness coach to enhance their fitness and physical levels, then they has been divided into two groups, the first one consisted of the attackers and midfielders and they worked with t he assistant coach on some attacking buildups and defensive backing up tactics. The second one consisted of the defenders, and they worked with the head coach applying different defensive tactics and methods; while the four keepers worked separately with their coach.
 
The team will keep training on a daily basis to get ready for Bani Yas in Al Shamkha at the 19th of this month, as part of the 11th round of Arabian Gulf league.
