Zenga: We Will Rise and Fight After Every Fall

The team coach Walter Zenga expressed his feeling the next match for his team against Al Ahli in Dubai will be an exciting and thrilling counter, and it will match the prestige of the two teams and the great talents that their squads contains; this while he was speaking during the press conference he held on Tuesday for this match.
At first Zenga described Al Ahli as the most improving and growing team in the league during the last two seasons, as it can be shown by the titles they won lately; he also explained that their last coach Quique Flores did an exceptional job with them in the last season, and they started this season in a good way after they change their coach.
Although he admitted that Al Ahli is the better team now, he also stressed that the future will be for Al Jazira, and insisted that his attacking line which is consisted with Mabkhout, Oliveira, Valdez, Barrada and the others is no less than Al Ahli frontline, if it’s not better.
The coach revealed that he watch a replay for the last match against Al Nasr, and explained that his team kept creating scoring chances until the second added minute of that match and his attackers wasted many of them, but the final result gave a very negative impression about his players’ performance at that night; he also insisted that responsibility of the shaky defensive performance should not put only on the team defenders, but on all the players and their coaching staff also.
He admitted that the team performance in the last year was not satisfying and failed to rise to the expectations that surround a leader team like Al Jazira, but in return he assured that the team character is still there, and they will keep rising and fighting after every fall they suffer, and this is what is matters the most for him.
Matar: Al Jazira Can Beat any Opponent
In the second part of the press conference, the team midfielder Yasir Matar promised that he and his teammates will keep working hard in the training sessions and fighting during the matches, until Al Jazira recover his normal position in the top places of the league table, and compete seriously for every available title.
Matar explained that he is not upset by sitting in the bench and participate for some parts only in the matches this season, he revealed that he is very eager to play and help his teammates defending Al Jazira shirt from inside the field, but he will always respect his manager decisions, and respect his startup teammates, and he will do his best in the trainings and matches to convince his coach that he deserves to be a regular starter.
He insisted that Al Jazira is going through a rebuild stage and the players and their coach are still working on their communication and understandings with each other, but at the same time they managed to beat a strong and competitive teams like Al Ain, Al Wahda and Al Shabab, and they will be able to beat any opponent, when they reach their best mental and physical levels.
