Mansour bin Zayed Restructures the Board of Al Jazira Investment Company

Abu Dhabi: Nov. 27, 2025

His Highness Sheikh Mansour bin Zayed Al Nahyan, Vice President, Deputy Prime Minister, and Chairman of the Presidential Court, and President of Al Jazira Sports and Cultural Club, has issued a decision to restructure the Board of Directors of Al Jazira Investment Company.

The new board will be chaired by H.E. Ghannam Butti Khalifa Al Mazroui, with the following members: H.E. Rashed Ali Al Emairah, Mr. Daaen Mohamed Daaen Al Hameli, Mr. Hamad Ali Saeed Al Badi Al Dhaheri, and Mr. Abdullah Abdulaziz Al Shamsi.

The board’s term will extend for three years from the date of the resolution’s issuance.
